What changes when the machine takes over cutting

The operator stops cutting and returns to assembly. Lengths are consistent. Deadlines are met. Not a revolution — one workstation that simply works better.

Operator returns to assembly

The machine cuts, the worker assembles, processes, produces. Same people — more orders completed per day.

📏

Every piece identical

Accuracy up to ±0.1 mm. No more rework, trimming, or discarding short pieces. Fewer complaints, less waste.

🔧

Setup in 15 minutes

Read the manual, calibrate, start. No training, certificates, or service visits for commissioning. The operator doesn't need to think.

💰

From €2,900 to €5,000

Three models at a fair price. Machines that pay for themselves in a few months — calculate it yourself below.

🛡

Service included (1st year)

First year — full service free. After that around €70/year. Most expensive service in company history: €550, after 5 years of use.

🇵🇱

Made in Poland

Own technical drawings. Polish steel, local suppliers. Spare parts available immediately, no waiting for overseas deliveries.

From sample to production — 4 steps

You don't buy blind. First we test your material, then we recommend a model. No obligation.

1

Send material

Ship a sample of the cable, tubing, or plastic you want to cut. Include the required lengths and cross-section.

2

We test

We cut your material on our machines. We check cut quality, repeatability, and output. Free of charge.

3

Recommendation

You receive test results with a model recommendation, cutting parameters, and price. If the machine doesn't fit — we'll tell you straight.

4

Order and delivery

You order. Delivery in 7–14 days. Manual in the box. 15 minutes to get started. No technician visit needed.

We cut. Nothing else. But we do it properly.

Each model is a simple, mechanical machine with a stepper motor and guillotine blades. They differ in power — because different cables require different force.

A simple cutting machine. Not a combo.

Metzner, Komax, Schleuniger — excellent machines for the full cable processing workflow. But they cost €10,000–€40,000 and require training. If you only need cutting — we do the same, simpler and cheaper.

Check if this solution is right for you

We don't sell to everyone. We'd rather tell you upfront when our machine fits — and when a conversation is needed.

✔ Standard application

  • You cut cables in series and need repeatable lengths
  • An operator spends several hours a day cutting by hand — and can't do anything else in the meantime
  • You're looking for a simple cutting machine — without features you won't use
  • You want fast setup without training or service visits
  • Cross-section up to 35 mm² — standard cables, tubing, plastics

💬 Requires a conversation

  • Cross-section above 35 mm² — we customise the machine and offer special warranty terms. We have such projects.
  • You need stripping or marking — our machine cuts. For the rest of the process you need separate equipment. We can help you choose.
  • Automated line — our machine can be part of the cutting process. Let's talk about integration.
  • Non-standard material — send a sample, we'll test for free and tell you straight whether we can handle it.
Let's talk about your application

Calculate the cost of manual cutting

When the operator cuts cables — they don't assemble, don't process, don't fulfil orders. It's not just an hourly cost. It's throughput you won't recover without a machine.

Who stands behind LCM machines

LCM Lindemann Cutting Machines is a Polish company based in Świdnica (Lower Silesia). Since 2015 we have been designing and manufacturing machines for serial cutting of cables, tubing, and plastics.

For years we produced under the OEM model — our machines worked under other companies' brands across Europe. Over 400 units were delivered to production facilities in Poland, Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries. Today we sell directly — under our own brand, with full service and warranty.

Technical drawings, production, assembly, and testing — everything is done on site. We are not a reseller of Chinese machines. These are our devices, from design to dispatch.

✂️ Cutting multi-core cables ⚡ Operating at maximum cross-section 🎯 Repeatability and precision

What our machines cut

Single and multi-core cables are the basics. But our machines also handle materials you might not expect.

Copper cables

Single and multi-core, from thin signal wires to 35 mm². Clean cut without damaging cores.

Heat-shrink tubing

With and without adhesive. Thin, thick, diameters from minimal to over 10 mm.

PVC tubing

Insulation sleeves, protective tubes. We calibrate the blades for your specific material.

Plastics and more

Hook-and-loop tape, rubber, belts, thin sheet metal, paper. If our blades can cut it — we'll set up the machine for it.

Frequently asked questions

How does the cutting test with my material work?
You send a material sample (cable, tubing, plastic) with details of the required length and cross-section. We cut on our machines, check quality and repeatability, and send you the results with a model recommendation. Free of charge, no obligation.
Can the machine strip insulation?
No. Our machines only cut. They don't strip, mark, or crimp ferrules. This makes them simple, affordable, and virtually maintenance-free. If you need the full processing workflow — our machine can handle the cutting part, and we'll help you choose equipment for the rest.
What does the service look like?
First year — full service included in the price. After that we recommend annual maintenance (cost around €70). Most issues we solve by phone — step by step. The most expensive service in company history was €550 — after 5 years of intensive use. Spare parts are manufactured on site, no waiting for overseas deliveries.
How long does setup take?
15 minutes with the manual. We don't come for training — there's no need. Calibration for the specific cross-section is simple and described in the documentation.
What is the delivery time?
7–14 business days. Direct shipping from the manufacturer across the entire EU.
Can I cut non-standard materials?
Yes. We cut heat-shrink tubing, PVC, hook-and-loop tape, rubber, thin sheet metal, paper. If you have a non-standard material — send a sample, we'll test it and tell you straight whether our blades can handle it.
What are the machine's limitations?
Maximum cross-section is 35 mm² (model D1). The machines only cut — no stripping, marking, or sorting. For materials above 35 mm² or non-standard plastics — we customise the machine individually, with special warranty terms.
What tolerances are realistic with different materials?
On standard copper cables — ±0.1 mm. With soft plastics (rubber, PVC, heat-shrink tubing) the tolerance may be wider, depending on material elasticity. That's why we test your material before purchase — so you know what to expect.
What about CE certification?
Every machine has a CE certificate, declaration of conformity, and full documentation required for sale in the EU. Manuals in EN and DE.
How much do LCM machines cost?
From €2,900 to €5,000 net, depending on the model. You're not paying for stripping, marking, or a touch panel. You're paying for precise cutting, robust mechanics, and hassle-free service. Ask about the price of a specific model — we'll respond within 24 hours.
Can the machine handle multi-core cables?
Yes. We cut single and multi-core cables up to 35 mm² (model D1). Clean cut without damaging cores or insulation.
What about warranty and spare parts?
Warranty covers the first year — full service included. Spare parts (blades, rollers) are manufactured in Poland, so availability is immediate. You don't wait weeks for a delivery. For materials above 35 mm² we arrange individual warranty terms.
